07/05/2021: Caterpillars (page 10).

Below is the rough for my page on caterpillars and butterfly's. I wanted this page to be educational in that It shows the viewer the life cycle of a caterpillar turning into a butterfly. I chose to place the caterpillars on nibbled nettles as this is their favoured plant to feed on and is a common sight in wild meadows.

This is the final artwork for this piece. I like it overall but feels like it may be missing something so I may revisit this at a later date.

I decided to edit the background of this spread to make it more blue. I feel like this makes the subjects of the image stand out more.
